  • Flatbread or naan
  • Hummus or pesto
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Feta or mozzarella
  • ½ cup radish microgreens

Instructions

  1. Toast flatbread lightly.
  2. Spread with hummus or pesto.
  3. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
  4. Bake for 5–7 mins at 180°C (350°F).
  5. Add microgreens on top before serving.
